Sports Massage

Sports massage was originally developed to help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training.

Simply, a deep tissue massage aims to manipulate the muscles, stretch out the fascia, and work remedially to ease tightness and restrictions, emphasising prevention and healing of injuries to muscles and tendons.

Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

£37 per session – includes rehabilitation and conditioning training programmes

£99 for 4 sessions – includes rehabilitation and conditioning training programme bespoke to the individual

£20 per hour for sporting event / team support including kinesiology taping if required

Ultra / Marathon Training Packages

Bespoke training programmes based on your current lifestyles, fitness levels and other commitments are available. Each programme includes running specific conditioning exercises and stretches.

5 session package includes programme, nutrition diary, 3 121 personal coaching sessions, a pre-race massage and post race massage – £165

10 session package includes programme, nutrition diary, 8 121 personal coaching sessions, a pre and post race massage –£315
